Method:
1 Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the popcorn and swirl to coat the kernels in the hot oil, place the lid on and leave to pop, shaking the pan occasionally. Remove from the heat.
2 Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add the condensed milk and brown sugar, simmer, stirring for 3-4 minutes until light golden and thickened slightly.
3 Tip the popcorn into a bowl and pour over the caramel, toss to coat and serve.
