Method:
1 Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, green onions, chilli and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes or until tender., season with salt and pepper, squeeze over lime juice.
2 Remove from the heat, stir in coriander, serve
