Method:
1 Process abalone in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Add egg, milk, flour, baking powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, mix well to combine.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Drop spoonfuls of mixture into the pan, cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
3 Combine mayonnaise, chilli, ginger and coriander in a bowl. Serve with fritters and lemon wedges.
