Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add abalone meat, cook, stirring for 1 minute, add cabbage and the oyster and shiitake mushrooms, cook for a further 2 minutes or until cabbage wilts. Add enoki mushrooms, herbs and butter. Season to taste and toss well to combine.
2 Remove from the heat, stir through the lemon juice. Serve
