Method:
1 Stir the cornflour and cold water to a smooth paste. Bring wine to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add cheese and cornflour mixture, cook, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over high heat, brush bread with oil. Char-grill for 2-3 minutes each side or until toasted. Remove and cut into fingers.
3 Spoon fondue into a bowl, serve with sourdough fingers
