Method:
1 Spread both sides of the tuna steak with green curry paste and drizzle with oil. Heat a char-grill pan over medium-high heat, cook tuna for 2 minutes on each side for rare or until cooked to your liking.
2 Combine the chickpeas, chilli, red onion and herbs in a bowl, squeeze over juice of half a lime. Add the coconut milk and fish sauce and toss gently to coat.
3 Spoon the salad onto a serving plate, top with the tuna and serve with remaining lime
