Method:
1 Cook fettuccini according to packet directions.
2 Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook onion, garlic and chilli for 1 minute until softened. Add the tomatoes cook 3-4 minutes until the start to collapse.
3 Add rocket and lemon juice, toss until rocket begins to wilt. Drain the pasta and add to the frying pan. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
4 Arrange in a bowl serve with a lemon wedge
