Method:
1 Place flour onto a plate and the egg into a shallow dish. Dip banana pieces, into flour. Shake off excess. Dip into egg then coat with flaked almonds, pressing on with your fingertips. Repeat crumbing process.
2 Melt 1 tbs butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add banana slices, cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
3 Place remaining butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add cream, cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
4 Place chocolate into a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium/50% for 2 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, or until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
5 Smear melted chocolate on plate, top with banana slices, spoon over caramel sauce and dust with icing sugar. Serve.
