Method:
1 Place the crushed macadamias on a plate, the corn flour on another plate and the egg in a bowl. Coat the prawns in the flour, then egg, then macadamias.
2 Heat oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the crumbed prawns for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
3 Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil, reduce to a simmer, blanch the bok choy for 30 seconds, drain. Place in a bowl and add lemon juice, sesame oil and soy sauce, toss to coat.
4 Place the bok choy on a plate, top with the prawns to serve
