Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over high heat, brush both sides of tuna with oil, season with salt and pepper. Char-grill for 1-2 minutes each side for rare or until cooked to your liking. Remove and dice.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add broccoli leaves, cook for 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3 Whisk lemon juice, mustard and 2 tbs olive oil in a bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
4 Combine tuna, broccoli, capers, tomato, beans and dressing in a bowl, toss well to combine. Serve.
