Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chilli and onion, cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion softens. Add mangosteen segments, lime juice, and brown sugar. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until mangosteen softens.
2 Pour oil into a smal saucepan until one-third full. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Place flour in a bowl, add enough water to form a thin batter. Dip tofu in batter. Deep-fry, in batches, for 3- 4 minutes or until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towel.
3 Serve battered tofu with the mangosteen chutney.
