Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.
2 Press the duck onto pre-soaked skewers, place on an oven tray, combine the soy sauce and 2 tbs honey in a bowl and drizzle over the skewers. Roast skewers in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
3 Combine yoghurt, remaining 2 tbs honey and mint in a small bowl.
4 Combine the red onion, tomato, capsicum and parsley in a separate bowl and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
5 Place crepe rounds on a serving plate, top with the kebabs. Serve with the salad and drizzle with the yoghurt to serve.
