Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook onion and potatoes for 2-3 minutes, add the tomatoes and rosemary and season with salt and pepper, simmer for 4-6 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
2 Add the beans and continue to simmer a further 2 minutes until warmed through.
3 Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with parsley to serve.
