Method:
1 Combine sugar and butter in a frying pan over medium heat, cook for 1 minute. Add tamarillos and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Add berries and simmer for 2-3 minutes, pour in the cream and bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
2 Spoon the tamarillos into a bowl and pour over the sauce to serve
