Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, drizzle fish with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until crisp, turn and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook onion, garlic, capsicum and pancetta for a 3 minutes, add tomatoes and bring to a simmer, season with salt and pepper, stir through the parsley.
3 Steam, microwave or blanch broccolini until tender, drain.
4 Spoon tomato mixture onto a serving plate, top with broccolini and fish, serve with lemon wedges.

30g pancetta, chopped
½ cup canned chopped tomatoes
