Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan-forced.
2 Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, cook onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until softened, add orange juice and cook for 2-3 minutes or until reduced. 3 Add butter, bugs and tomatoes and transfer to the oven and cook for 4 minutes, or until bugs are cooked. Season to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl, and top with basil leaves to serve
