Method:
1 Thread chicken on to pre-soaked skewers, threading green onion on the ends. Drizzle with olive oil.
2 Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
3 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, cook skewers, brushing with soy mixture, for 4-6 minutes, turning or until cooked through.
4 Serve the skewers with watercress and lemon wedges, if desired.
