Method:
1 Heat berries, sugar and brandy in a saucepan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until berries soften.
2 Combine mascarpone, lemon rind and icing sugar in a bowl.
3 Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, heat for 3 minutes or until chocolate melts, stir until smooth.
4 Dip the sponge in the warm berry mixture, then place in the base of a serving glasses. Top with 1 tbs mascarpone mixture, 1 tbs melted chocolate, 1 tbs berry mixture and top with another 1 tbs of mascarpone mixture. Chill if time permits
