Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, drizzle both sides of the bread with olive oil and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until toasted.
2 Process beans, garlic and basil with a drizzle of olive oil in a food processor until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
3 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes or until blistered, season with salt and pepper.
4 Spread white bean puree on the toasted bread and serve with the tomatoes.
