Method:
1 Combine the wombok, carrot, herbs and chilli and prawns in a bowl.
2 Whisk the lemon, lime juice, sesame oil, fish sauce, soy sauce and chinese rice wine in a bowl until well combine. Pour over the salad and toss gently to combine.
3 Arrange the salad on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve

1 red chilli, seeded, julienned
6 cooked king prawns, peeled
1 tbs lemon juice
