Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan forced.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over high heat, brush both sides of pork with oil, season with salt and pepper. Cook pork for 2 minutes each side until seared. Transfer the pan to the oven and roast 5 minutes for medium or until cooked to your liking. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
3 Meanwhile, melt butter in a small frying pan over medium heat, add apples and rosemary sprig and cook for 3 minutes or until light golden. Add sugar and continue to cook for 3 minutes or until apples soften.
4 Serve pork cutlet with apples.
