Method:
1 Melt butter with the sugar in a frying pan over medium heat, stir until sugar has dissolved. Stir in cream and cook for a further 2 minutes or until thickened.
2 Place a waffle on a serving plate, top with a scoop of ice cream, repeat the layers.
Pour over the butterscotch sauce and serve.
