Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan forced.
2 Heat a char grill pan over medium heat, drizzle the veal with olive oil, cook for 2-3 minutes each side until seared. Transfer pan to the oven and roast for 4-6 minutes for medium or until cooked to your liking.
3 Place the potatoes in a bowl with a little water and a pinch of salt, cover and microwave on High/100% for 4-5 minutes or until tender, drain.
4 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon for 2-3 minutes until crisp, add to the potatoes. Add the cabbage to the pan and sauté  until tender.
5 Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat lightly, add the cabbage and flour, season with salt and pepper, pour into a small greased round baking dish, bake for 6-8 minutes or until set. Cool and remove from dish.
6 Mash the potatoes, bacon and butter together, season.
7 Place a ring mould onto a serving plate, fill with the potato mixture. Carefully remove the mould, top with the egg, serve with the veal and lemon wedges.
