Method:
1 Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, add the jelly. Remove pan from heat and stir until jelly has melted.
2 Spread the coconut on a plate. Coat the cake cubes in the jelly and then coconut.
3 Beat the cream and sugar to soft peaks.
4 Plate the jelly cakes and serve with whipped cream
