Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, drizzle both sides of the steak with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking, rest for 5 minutes and slice.
2 Blanch beans in a saucepan of boiling salted water. Drain and refresh in cold water. Pat dry with paper towel. Combine beans, tomato, basil and sliced beef in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
3 Arrange the salad on a plate and crumble over the cheese, season with salt and pepper to serve
