Method:
1 Pour oil into a medium saucepan until one-third full. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Combine the flour with enough soda water to make a batter, stir in the ice cubes.
2 Dip fish in the batter, allowing excess to drain off. Deep-fry fish, for 3- 4 minutes or until light golden. Drain on paper towel.
3 Combine the five spice and salt in a small bowl.
4 Arrange rocket on a serving plate, top with tomatoes and fish, sprinkle with the salt and serve with  lime wedges.
