Method:
1 Heat a char grill pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle the pork with olive oil, cook for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked though. Rest for 5 minutes.
2 Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, cook onion and garlic, stirring for 2-3 minutes or until softened, add pear, mustard, vinegar and sugar, cook 3-4 minutes or until reduced slightly.
3 Serve barbecue pork cutlet with pear relish.
