Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook pork, bacon and mushrooms for 2 minutes or until mushrooms soften, add wine and simmer for 1-2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
2 Stir in the cream and simmer for a further 2 minutes or until thickened slightly.
3 Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook the pasta strips for 3-4 minutes or until al dente, drain. Add pasta and parsley to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately
