Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook potatoes for 3-4 minutes, turning then add saffron, stock and chickpeas, season. Bring to the boil, simmer for 4-5 minutes until potatoes are tender.
2 Add the cabbage, cook for a further minute or until cabbage is wilted. Season to taste & serve.
