Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan forced.
2 Place pastry on a baking paper-lined oven tray and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden.
3 Arrange the beetroot in a circular shape, slightly overlapping, on a serving plate. Dot with goats cheese, scatter with basil and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the pastry on top, top with long chives to serve.
