Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan-forced. 2 Place pumpkin in a microwave safe bowl, cover with damp paper towel and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Process pumpkin, cumin and cream in a food processor until smooth, season with salt and pepper. 3 Place naan on a baking paper-lined oven tray drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and bake in oven for 3-4 minutes or until crisp. 4 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat add prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes each side or until prawns are cooked through. 5 Serve the naan with a spoonful of spiced pumpkin, topped with prawns, yoghurt and coriander leaves.
