Method:
1 Combine lamb, rosemary, garlic and lemon and 1 tbs olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over medium-high heat, cook lamb for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 6 minutes and then slice and serve lamb with extra rosemary sprigs.
