Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan oven medium heat, cook steak, drizzled with olive oil for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 5 minutes.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook onion, stirring, for 2 minutes, scatter over the cheese, pour in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer, cook for a further 2-3 minutes then stir in the cream and bring to the boil, remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
3 Plate the steak and pour over the sauce to serve
