Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.
2 Process flour, butter, sugar, coconut and nuts in a food processor until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3 Melt butter in a non stick frying pan over a medium heat, add pears, maple syrup and sprinkle with the spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes until pears start to colour.
4 Spoon the pears and syrup into a baking dish, top with the crumble mixture and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Serve with cream and extra maple syrup

25g butter, extra
