Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat, add chicken and korma paste and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is cooked and slightly crispy.
2 Place pappadams, in a single layer on a paper towel lined-plate and microwave, in batches, on high for 1 minute or until cooked through.
3 Arrange the pappadams on a serving plate and top with the chicken, top with chilli and coriander leaves to serve.
