Method:
1 Combine sesame seeds on a plate and season with salt and pepper add tuna and press to coat both sides.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the tuna steaks for 1 minute each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate.
3 Heat oil in same frying pan, stir-fry garlic, chilli, mushrooms, bok choy and asparagus for 3-4 minutes, add sesame oil and soy sauce, toss to coat.
4 Spoon stir fry onto a serving plate and top with the tuna steaks, with lime wedges to the side to serve.
