Method:
1 Heat oil in a wok over high heat, add ginger and onion and stir fry for 30 seconds-1 minute, add beef and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until meat is sealed.
2 Add broccolini, snowpeas and 1 tablespoon water, cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir through the black bean sauce, noodles and coriander until well combined. Serve.
