Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook salmon for 1 minute then turn and cook for a further minute, transfer pan to the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
3 Heat oil in a frying pan, cook beetrootss and rosemary for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with red wine vinegar.
5 Arrange the beans on a plate, top with the beetroots and salmon, drizzle with the beetroot pan juices to serve.
