Method:
1 Place salmon and beans in a bamboo steamer, cover with the lid and place over a pan of simmering water and steam for 8-10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
2 Heat a saucepan over medium heat, add wine and orange zest and bring to a simmer, simmer for 2 minutes, add cream and simmer for a further 2 minutes, then whisking continuously add butter a little at a time and remove from heat and season to taste.
3 Serve steamed salmon and beans with sauce poured over.
