Method:
1 Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the sausages and bacon for 4-5 minutes, turning, add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes or until soft, pour in the passata and cannelloni beans, season and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until simmering.
2 Stir in the parsley and serve.
