Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, cook mushrooms, drizzled with oil for 2-3 minutes, turning, or until softened and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2 Combine pear, tomato, herbs and vinegar in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.
3 Serve salad, drizzled with dressing and topped with parmesan.
