Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan-forced.
2 Cook pasta according to packet directions, drain.
3 Place mushrooms on a baking paper-lined oven tray, brush with olive oil and divide crushed garlic between mushrooms. Bake in oven for 5-6 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Cool slightly and slice.
4 Heat passata, olives and tomatoes in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pasta, mushrooms and basil, toss until heated through and season to taste with salt and pepper.

½ cup Sicilian green olives, pitted
¼ cup semi dried tomatoes, finely sliced
