Method:
1 Toast the rolled oats in a non stick frying pan over a medium heat until golden.
2 Place berries and sugar in a bowl and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes stirring every minute or until sugar is dissolved.
3 Whisk cream, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl until soft peaks.
4 Spoon two tablespoons of oats into the base of a large wine glass, top with some cream and berries, repeat layers. Serve immediately.
