Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.
2 Peel back the husk from the corn cobbs, rub with olive oil, coat corn in ras el hanout and cover with husk.
3 Place corn on an oven tray and roast in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until kernels are tender.
