Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.
2 Cut the Lebanese bread into 14cm rounds.
3 Place rounds on a baking paper-lined oven tray and top with a drizzle of olive oil, passata, onion, capsicum, spinach, chipolatas and cheese, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and chipolatas are cooked through.
4 Combine the sour cream and paprika in a bowl.
5 Serve the pizzas with spoonfuls of spiced sour cream
