Method:
1 Pre heat the oven to 200°C fan forced.
2 Brush fillo with melted butter and layer.
3 Combine fruit and nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter in a bowl.
4 Spoon the mixture onto fillo, fold edges in and roll to enclose, place on a baking paper-lined oven tray, brush top with butter and bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
5 Combine berries and sugar in a small bowl, microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
6 Dust pastry with icing sugar and spoon over the berries to serve
