Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan-forced.
2 Coat lamb in curry powder. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add lamb and cook for 1 minute on each side or until lamb is sealed. Transfer pan to oven and cook for 5-7 minutes, for medium or until lamb is cooked to your liking.
3 Combine chickpeas, avocado, tomato and yoghurt in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
4 Spoon yoghurt onto a plate, top with lamb cutlets and scatter with chives, parsley and lime wedge to the side to serve.
