Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.
2 Spray a round tray with oil and top with pastry on top, trim the edges to fit tray, spread the pastry with tomato paste and top with the capsicum and olives, dot with half of the goat’s cheese. Place in the oven to bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden.
3 To serve, dot over the remaining goat’s cheese, scatter with basil leaves, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
