Method:
1 Rub steak with the garlic cloves; thread steak, capsicum and red onion onto pre-soaked skewers and drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over high heat, cook skewers on each side for 1-2 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
3 Process the olives with a drizzle of olive oil in a food processor until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
4 Arrange the skewers on a plate and serve with the olive tapenade in a small bowl to the side
