Method:
1 Preheat oven to 200°C fan forced.
2 Cut pastry sheet into 4 equal squares. Place two squares onto baking tray, lined with baking paper. Cut out the inside of the two remaining squares leaving a 1cm border, lay the pastry borders over the top of complete squares. Bake for 5 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed.
3 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, cook pear slices for 2-3 minutes each side or until tender.
4 Heat orange juice and honey in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until honey has melted.
5 Assemble tart by placing pear slices in the middle of pastry, top with walnuts, and spoon over honey mixture. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
